Don’t have any pictures of it, but I epoxied teak blocks with eye screws in them across the inside of the forward upper slanted “vee” part of the cabin roof, then ram bungee cords through the eyes. I can hold 6 Type I offshore life vests up there, secure and out of the way, readily accessible, and not soaking up better storage space elsewhere.
