Can some of you give me a short tutorial on tubing with the Parker. Now I have pulled skiers on another guy's ski boat but that was some time ago. Any tricks, how do you rig the tow rope, etc.

TIA

Pulling a tube is a good bit lighter on the boat than getting a skiier out of the water.
I would think the simplest thing to do would be to attach your tow rope to either of the stern eyes.
I can't imagine there would be enough weight with a tube to pull you off-center.

Another option would be to make a bridle with a float to keep the line out of your prop.
Below are a couple of photos of my tow hawser, which would be way too heavy for a tube.
The concept is the same though.

The bridle goes down through my hawse pipes and attaches to my two stern cleats.

The float is a simple crab pot float attached with light duty aluminum caribiners.
This keeps the bridle out of the prop.

The whole 'package' fits in a canvas tote bag.

If you went this route, you wouldn't need anything this heavy, and you'd probably want to use poly ski rope because it floats.

Hope this helps.

I bought the pre-rigged poly tube rope. Has a bridle with a swivel / pulley set up to the main tow line. Had a clip on each end of bridle that I clip to each of the tow eyes on the transom. Pulling a tube is way less strain than skis

Someone needs a pedicure ...

Thanks for the visual, right after lunch too  !

It's the camera guys. Really!
In person, they're purdy! :D

That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!
