I put a new prop on my 200hp yammie 4stroke that is on the back of my 2320 sc boat runs great better out of the hole the prop is from powertech 14 5/8 X 17. The water was choppy 2 footers. I was cruising at 5000 rpms and only doing 19-20 knots when i normally do 27 knots the rpms were not bouncing around. just was slow as hell. i trailer the boat so it has no growth and no bottom paint on it. does anyone know if they make a power programmer for that engine like they do for cars?

That does seem slow...19 kts @ 5,000 rpm. If it were me, I wouldn't be running long distances at cruise at 5k. Got to be a wrong prop. Is your boat a DV? What is your WOT rpm?
