Your boat wont handle the 350. The newer boats have specially designed brackets to allow the 350 to trim up.

I am a Yamaha dealer and I have F250s in stock, both old and new styles. Unfortunately the new F300s are not yet available, they are scheduled for June I believe. I don't know what your policy is regarding dealers, we are usually welcomed like a bout of scurvy on most fishing and boating forums
