Just the opposite with my puter. I've been having issues lately with it being so slow I was thinking about changing to satalite service. This site, however, was quick and easy. A storm knocked out our power a couple days ago, and when they got it fixed ( a downed power line down the road) my puter was back to normal! I enjoy surfing again without getting wet.
