where to buy Parker(off white) Beckson Plate

I am having trouble sourcing the Beckson plate(6 Inch)thats on the side of the drywell console on my 1999 2100 DVCC. Anyone know where to get one?

Also for those who might wish to change/replace the bilge deck hatch similar to what Grouperjim did,
