Windlass install

I'm looking at putting a Lewmar Profish 700 on my 25XL. Am told it mounts on the pulpit between the cleats. Anyone familiar with this one or did a similar install? Wondering if it's something I can tackle or have a pro do it. Looking for some input. :?:

I installed a 1000 profish on mine , not a problem . installed wring all the way to the battery . hardest part was the 3 inch hole in the pulpit.

John, windlass is on my to do list as well. Try the 'Search' feature "Windlass Install" there is quite a bit of infomation from other Parker owners concerning windlass installs. Most of the threads come with pictures and identify some of the pit-falls encountered during the install. Best of luck!!!!!

Just did the install on my 2120, same location and as stated by far the hardest part was the 3" hole through the pulpit!
