As far as price, I have no idea what there value is.

Do you have one? Where are you located? And how much would you want for it?
 
I’m thinking of buying a boat that has one but I’d rather have the regular port back seat with storage under or a bench. The one I’m looking at has a fridge and sink, looks like a factory model.
