Hey guys,

I have a 2520 but it didn't come with a bow pulpit for the anchor roller. I installed a small steel pulpit with roller, but I would like the proper Parker pulpit that is pre-molded to fit over the gunwale and look pro.

I have no idea what a proper price to pay for this would be, so if you have one you would like to sell lets just talk it over and figure it out.

Thanks,

Brian

Pulpits come up in the For Sale section from time-to-time, usually from someone who is in a marina that is charged by the foot via the 'tape measure' method, versus the factory designation.
If you don't want to wait, I believe that factory pulpits can be sourced through your local dealer.

Keep in mind that in addition to mounting the pulpit, you will almost certainly need to mount a new set of proper nav-lights.
Also, depending on the number and location of your bow cleat(s), modifications might be needed there as well.

This photo shows the factory configuration. Please note that my nav-lights were upgraded to LED units several years ago.

Hey there,

Thanks for the info,

I appreciate the pointers. I already mounted LED side lights on opposite the sides of the house, and I have a mooring cleat ready to mount aft of the pulpit after I install it. Ultimately I plan on installing an "Easy Puller Anchor Hauller", which means the pulpit would be essencial. As it sounds, you have to have the "Easy Puller" as far aft of the roller as possible in order for it to work properly.

Thanks for the help, I will keep you updated,

Brian

Do a search of the Projects section.
I believe I remember seeing a post of an EZ Anchor Puller install complete with photos.

Good luck with the upgrade!
