Hi!

Looking for a newer 1801cc with a 4-stroke and a trailer in good condition. Not looking for a project and anything in to ruff of condition.

Ideal would be with a T-top, trim tabs, and a 150hp outboard, but not a deal breaker by any means.

I am willing to travel.

Thanks for all the help.

Hi, the 1801 is rated for 115 hp as I recall. Good luck

I believe you could get a 150 as an option. Not sure if that was only for certain years. I could be wrong.

In the Parker 1801 specifications section it shows the 1801 as having a max rated HP of 115. My recollection is that the 1801 has always had a 115 rating.

In the Options section, 'trailer" states brakes must be ordered with the 150 package. My thought is that the numbers were transposed, meaning that if you order the trailer, it comes with brakes. Also states that Hyd. steering comes with the 150 package. The Parker site was revamped about 6 months ago, there are a number of errors. Suggest you start a thread asking all 1801 owner on this site their max rating. Good luck.

I have a 1801, love it.

Do yourself a favor, get the 150. The hull shot sucks on a 115. I had a 115 on mine and put a 150hpdi on it. They are rated for a 150 max and you will use every bit of it.

41mph wot at 48k rpms.

115: 31 to 32 wot and you should be ready to have your buddies shift from the helm to the bow to plane if you get a 115.

Depends on how you load the boat. I fish mostly by myself. The boat jumps up on plane even with full fuel (115HP). 38-39 MPH at WOT, ~4800 RPM, ~10 GPH. Pull back to 4,000 RPM, 31-32 MPH, ~6GPH. I took a test ride on a boat with a 150 when I ordered this one. The dealer told me that if I fished by myself the 150 wouldn't be worth it. After two years I agree.

And I love the 1801. Great little boat.

What are you looking to spend? I have an 18 with a 2003 140 suzuki i may sell.

It all really depends on the package. I was thinking anywhere in the range of 10k - 25k depending on year, motor, hours, upgrades. I would really like to be in the 15k range, but not opposed to spending more for a really nice boat (couple years old with all the upgrades mentioned above).

Thanks for all the responses, I really appreciate all the first hand info you guys have on these boats.
