WTB Parker 23SE

Well, after selling my 21SE and getting a Action Craft Coastal Bay 2310 it only took me 2 years to realize I missed the simplicity and durability of the Parker boats. My AC 2310 sold today and I am actively looking to replace it with a 23se. Would like to stick with the newer/larger style console, which I believe they started adding in 07/08. I am located in Va Beach, but more than willing to travel if the right opportunity presents itself. Budget is between $30-$40,000. Any leads or info will be greatly appreciated.
