    New ClassicParker User Map

sbieleck, Yes, I looked into it and it appears that you are a victim of issue #3 in my first post. There are 5 users in West Palm Beach, and the map can only show one icon per location. However, if you view it in GoogleEarth (rather than Googlemaps) you can see all the users in each location...

    fuel injector cleaning report - 2001 200 hp ox-66

Thanks for posting that John.. hard to make out the numbers but the comments are interesting. Will really like to hear how the engine performs in the spring and if you notice any difference. Have you ever noticed any side effects or symptoms that would indicate that some of the injectors were...

    question for 23se owners

Just to throw it out there, I love my 21DVCC. With tabs I can do 22 knots in anything reasonable if I have to. Love the big console, high gunwales and all around fishability of the boat. -- Tom

Finding stuff out about Parker (crack in cockpit deck)

I have a similar crack in the deck of my 1999.. not sure if its from a knot or not :) I also have a recurring crack on the very top of my transom cut-out where it thins out to about a 3/8" thick. That said, those are really the only problems I have with my boat after a lot of hard use and many...

    VST FILter issues

The filters are easy enough to clean that you don't need to buy a new one every time, especially if you already have a spare and can have a clean one ready to install. All I do is get a spray can of carb cleaner with the little straw and blow out the filter from the inside out. I've heard...

    PB - Flyrod Striper

The fish ate a very simple fly that I had on from about a week and a half ago when there were small herring around. It was pretty beat up, missing one of the eyes and I was just too lazy to change it. Gamakatsu 6/0 Hook Gray over lavender over white slinky fiber wing Red flashabou throat -- Tom

    PB - Flyrod Striper

It seemed like forever due to the strong current and the number of commercial boats around, but in reality was probably more like 5 minutes. -- Tom

    PB - Flyrod Striper

Thanks, and yes, best ever fly rod fish. Had a 44" and 42" earlier in the year, and I think a few 43s in previous years. -- Tom

    PB - Flyrod Striper

Have yet another hurricane / tropical storm ruining the weekend's fishing, so thought I would put up a pic of a fish I got a couple of weeks ago.. my new personal best striper on the fly rod. Fish was taken at the mouth of the Merrimack River in Newburyport, MA - 45" long and approx 37...

    Boat cover recommendation

Jerry, What part of the country do you live in? Big difference between a cover needed for someplace down south and one needed to survive through a New England snow storm. -- Tom
