The missing piece appears to be on the left side. If it is spraying on the right side, it is probably your transducer if it is transom mounted.

That isn't the Anti-Cavitation plate. It is a spray shield which should be above the water surface when running. No need to fix it. The Anti-cavitation plate is below and behind the spray shield.

Measure the old one and you will be able to figure out the correct replacement. Also pay attention to the lower mounting configuration.

I have 300' of rode with 40' of chain. I haven't had any problems with the rode drop. That picture is old I now have the radar on a pedestal and a FLIR camera in front of it.

Update 4 years later. The power techs have been great. I did have a fuel burn Vs. RPM issue. I sent the props back to PowerTech and they claimed to have matched them. Nothing changed. I pulled them again and sent them to Tyler Dominey in Brunswick GA. Holy smokes. These props are on the money...
