I used a bore scope through the sender access and found the pickups to be about a 1/4" off the bottom of the tank. They are also aft of the sender so the tend to be lower because of the way she sits in the water.

Charles you are really working this. You do realize, most boats on a mooring don't get flushed until the end of the season. There is no easy answer to what you are wanting to do unless the boat that picks you up from the mooring, to take you in, has a 300 gallon water tank to flush your engine.

Nothing that involves heat, flames or any other source of ignition. loosen the clamps at the charcoal filter and pull the line from the filter to to vent first. Make Sure there is no water or fuel in it blocking the vent.

20 gallons through a 5 gallon/minute pump equals 4 minute flush. The manual calls for a 15 min flush.
