Bow Rail from 1800CC for sale

Just because of the length, I would think shipping would be very expensive. I think you would do well to find a couple marine or stainless fabricators to quote one. The bends are not that complicated and there's only 12 - 1" OD welds. I just modified mine to accommodate the new TM and by the...

How's everyone retrieving their boat when trailering?

I have found that the key is consistency. Find the happy spot that the boat launches well and note the trailer depth. Likewise, when loading the boat, find the happy spot, note it, and be consistent every time. The boat will always react predictably if your trailer is at the same depth every...

So this is how it lays in the stored position. Not sure if that helps you any.

Show me your trolling motor mount

Here's mine, installed on my 1800 in June this year...very happy with it so far. I don't have any pics with the motor on so you can see how it fits but I'll be out this weekend and will get some. I modified and put my bow rail back on also and it clears that. The plug is a Minn-Kota plug which I...

Question about aftermarket console mounted T-top

I agree with that...and many times it is due to an improper weld joint design.

Parker 1800 fuel pickup part number

Thanks for the pic...that's a good motivator for those of us(me) who let things like that go until its a problem!😟

    Broken bolt in transom

Another option...center punch one end of whats left of your sheared bolt, then drill progressively bigger holes through till it all comes out. As with all stainless drilling, low RPMs and use a coolant.

Question about aftermarket console mounted T-top

If the floor is drilled and sealed correctly for a floor mount, I would think the risk is minimal. Slinging all that weight around attached to the console may be a bigger risk. I'd guess that they weren't designed with that in mind. Either way, the fact that you have dry storage goes a long way...

Best bow mounted trolling motor for 1801?

No. I lowered the whole railing, including re-bending the front end down to match the back end of the rail, repositioned the middle support, 4 new mounting holes and substituted SS plates for the washers. Its worked fantastic so far.

Best bow mounted trolling motor for 1801?

Yup...and it sure is nice to have that leeway! Your biggest concern will be what you do with the bow rail.

Best bow mounted trolling motor for 1801?

Generally, I believe most of the guys here have a 24V/60" shaft Rhodan or Minn-Kota. I'm not sure I've found anyone unhappy with either one. Other factors may steer you towards one manufacturer versus the other but you will most likely end up with one of those.

    1801 console set up?

I just finished closing up the hole where the compass was, and another hole where a 2" Hummingbird sounder was located just above the steering wheel. The only thing on my dash now is a Garmin UHD94 and the Minn Kota heading sensor. I love having all that room without the compass! (I also store a...

EZ Loader trailer for Parker 1800?

That looks exactly like what I have. I have the original Load Rite roller trailer for my 97 1800 and it has worked perfectly from day 1 when I got it in 2003. I haven't touched a thing other than replace the original rollers with new yellow ones. If its set up correctly it will perform...

    Maine

Maine is a big state with lots of shoreline and lots to see. All the sandy beaches are in the southern part of the state, alot of rugged rocky coastline as you head further north. Plenty of islands and lighthouses if that interests you too. Maine caters to tourists during the summer months, so...
