1994 yamaha 150

Does anyone have fuel economy numbers for a 1994 yamaha 150 direct inject on a 21 SE?

If your engine is a 94, it's carbureted. My 21se has a carb'ed 150 as well. I get about 3.5mpg at cruise (3700rpm) going about 28mph. This is calculated using the Yamaha fuel management and GPS.

Not sure if the carb'ed 150 changed much between 94 and 2004, but I suspect your economy would be similar.

Yea it is carbureted and I've heard numbers from 1.5-3.5 mpg. I was just trying to have an idea on what kind of range I would have with the 95 gallon tank on board. Probably about 150 miles or so not that I'd ever run that far, just nice to have that sense of security. Thanks for your help

I used to have a carbed Merc 150 on my old 20' Grady and saw similiar numbers to what Brad posted.
