1997 Parker 1801, 18 foot Parker Center Console For Sale

1997 Parker 1801, an 18foot center console for sale. Boat is in excellent condition and has a 115 Yamaha Saltwater Series motor. Electronics (Chartplotter GPS, VHF, Fishfinder) and trailer included. Boat is set up extremely well for fishing or cruising harbor with family- also has bimini top, swim ladder and bow rail. Boat is currently winterized and shrinkwrapped, stored in Ipswich, Mass for the winter so I do not have any photos to provide yet. I am selling boat because I have purchased a Parker 21. Just wondering what you were asking for the setup? Also is the motor (2 stroke or 4 stroke) the same year as the boat? Any idea on hours on the motor?

I am not quite in the position to make any offers as I am currently trying to sell my current boat. I am hoping to sell mine by April and would be interested in seeing pictures, as I am from SE CT (if the boat does not sell this weekend).
