I know it’s been covered here before, looking for some feedback if anyone has this set up and what prop they are running.

Some history, I owned a 2005 2510DV with a single F250. I eventually tuned her with a permatrim, raised the engine a hole and went with a Yamaha sws2 15x17 and she seemed to be dialed in.

This rig I just picked up is a super clean original owner repowered boat. It is the 2320 DVSC notch back with a 2012 Yamaha 3.3 F250 that runs great. Prop is a 15x17 sws that has some wear and edge damage but nothing I’m concerned with. Engine is mounted 1 hole up from being all the way to the lowest setting on the transom.

The boat runs great and I can achieve 5900RPM with zero issues but my numbers are a little low 29-30kts

It likes to cruise 4700/4800 at 20kts 3/4 load 3 big guys 3/4 fuel and some gear.

Yesterday I ran her just me and lighter on gear. She turned about 20-21kts at 4600 which I liked.

Feels like she likes 4600-4800 which is ok that’s where I ran my 2510 and prior to the permatrim she would fall off plane under 4600.

This rig seems similar. Anything under 4500 she starts to really squat in the stern.

WITHOUT adding a permatrim I’m looking to see if anyone has experience with a different prop. I tried the mercury R4 on the 2510 and it was ok but felt like she had to work a lot.

Anyone run an Enertia ? Or R4 on this set up.

Believe the 2320 had the fuel tank further back pre 2005.

Thanks
