Selling a very nice 2007 Parker 1801 with:
Custom aluminum T-Top
2013 Yamaha F150 with less than 300 hours, stainless prop, 3 separate Yamaha gauges (the only thing not working is the trim gauge)
Hydrallic Steering
Installed large Bennett Bolt trim tabs last summer. These have a lifetime warranty.

Brand new full cushion set purchased last summer from original manufacturer, including bow cushion and jump seats. (These are not shown in the photos)

Dedicated 7" garmin GPS and dedicated 5" Garmin depth sounder, both flush mounted
VHF radio
New bluetooth radio with iphone charger
Flush mount Compass
Huge Live well
2 batteries with isolator switch
Aluminum trailer with new LED lights installed this past fall.
New under t-top full cover from boatcoversdirect puchased last summer.
I believe the only things not functioning are the trim level indicator on the engine mentioned above, the light inside the compass, which simply isn't connected to power, and the raw water wash down, which needs a new pump.

Price reduced-20,900. These are hard to find with a 150 4 stroke, particularly a later model engine with low hours. With the 150 this boat jumps out of the hole and has plenty of reserve power.
