Did you have the hull surveyed and moisture tests conducted?

Nope, just rolled the dice and bought site unseen

I have a 2110, and when I bought it it had a 17M prop, planed at 4000 rpm and 27 mph. Switched to a Q3 15 lower pitch, and now with a pemratrim plane at 3400 and 18mph. Top end very similar at 38-39 mph.

Yours is different boat, but I would think you could plane at the speed you are talking about and do better than 1.2. For me, the prop made the biggest difference and the permatrim helped too.

I'm learning from this site that not all boats are dialed in and you have to look at what you can improve.

On Yamaha’s site I found the fuel chart for a 2010 2320 with a Yamaha 250, weighing 6100 as tested and it got 2.7mpg at 25.1 mph 3500 rmp burning 9.3 gph. So hope we’re closer to that than the 1.2mpg, if not will be taking my skiff out a lot still lol

Tried posting the pic but says to large everytime I ever tried posting a pic

I think that is very optimistic numbers. I saw those numbers listed and can tell you I've never been able to hit them with my 2016 2320. I have the same prop they have for the test and can't hit 25 mph at 3500 rpm. My best cruise is about 2.4 mpg and about 25 mph but closer to 3900 rpm. Push outside that zone and the mpg is 1.9-2.1. Top end is about 44 but with a light load and the force was with me I hit 50 once but suspect the wind and tide was working with me.
