Hello everyone, I am in the market for a Parker 21 SE, either new or slightly used for use along the North Shore of Massachusetts. I recently sold my last boat a 1998 Grady Gulfstream powered with a Yamaha 250 OX66. I have owned mostly Gradys for saltwater use , I have seen the decline in quality as the prices have skyrocketed and have given up on Grady. Having shopped Steiger, May Craft and Parker, I have found that the resale/purchase price ratio is second to none with the Parkers.
The most frustrating thing so far has been trying to get a quote from an out of state dealer to compare with a local dealer. They call it protecting the dealers area, I call it price fixing. How would it protect the dealers area if I were to buy a competitors boat instead of being forced to buy from someone just because you live in the state. ridiculous
