Aquasport 170 Project - 10/22/07 Update

While not on the scale of y'all's ambitious project I am re-furbishing my bass boat. New trailer tires/lights (hopefully sand and paint as well), new carpet (decking as required), seats, etc. I bought it new in 1996 and the motor only has 95 hours but the boat has been WELL used. In fact we are on the third trolling motor! I had a "link and sync" done by the Mercury dealer. If this blankity blank weather ever lets up I can finish up the carpet and show some before and after pictures.

Before and after pictures are nice, but it's the carnage of the "work in progress" shots that I like to see!

Unfortunately, there will be no more updates to this project thread. My efforts on this boat are being discontinued. This is not due to lack of interest, but because I picked up a 1981 Mako 17 today and will be concentrating my efforts on that rig.
