I just bought a used Parker 23SE. It has no bottom paint and I am dealing with what I hope is a short term medical issue.
I am going to have the yard prep and paint the bottom. I do not have time and the ability to trailer it to the ocean to mark the "waterline." Anyone have pictures or advice i could give the yard so they will know where to start the bottom paint?
I could pay the yard to do that, but if possible i would like to keep costs low.
