Hey guys, I am new here and we just got a 2013 Parker 2320 SL with the Yamaha 250. I am looking to put some outriggers on but wanted some opinions and some pics from all of you. I originally liked the Lee Jr. Wishbone side mounted riggers. I found only one pic and they looked way too big for the boat. Obviously i know you can get different size poles but it looks like the smallest Lee pole is 19ft and is only a single clip. I really want a double clip but am not sure if it is possible without having a 19+ foot pole. I like the look of the top mounted riggers too (Rupp or Taco) but dont know enough about them. I read a few things about how much strain they put on the roof. Anways, my main goal is to find good double clip riggers without having poles that are just as long as my boat. Any ideas and/or recommendations would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

I have a 1996 2520 MVSC with a pair of Lee Jr Wishbone outriggers.
My poles are the 19' (MkII), bright, extra-strong 2" poles and they are double-rigged.

As you can see here, the poles are available as short as 16', or as long as 22'.

As you can see from the photos, I added a few custom tweaks to get mine just the way I wanted them.
The base of the riggers have a couple of custom starboard stand-offs added to get the wishbones vertical.
On the inside, custom polished stainless backing plates were added to make sure everything was as secure as possible.

The double rigging was done by a friend and uses heavy duty mono and sailboat rigging blocks to ensure smooth operation.

Awesome, thanks for the great pics. I think I am going with the Rupp Sidekicks and the 15' standard lift out poles with a single spreader and two zip clips per pole.

Just realized that in the shot of the rigging, this was the 'before' photo.
We re-rigged the tips with sailboat blocks too as the mono didn't want to make the turn around the small radius of the upper eyes.
Don't have an 'after' photo that I can find.

I was going to go with the 15' standard lift out poles from Rupp but after more research, I think I want the 18' telescoping poles. My boat sits on our boat lift at our river house in Deltaville, Va most of the time but I will be towing it quite a bit to the beach to head offshore this summer and fall. Thats why I want the telescoping ones that I can remove when in tow. Anybody have any experience with the Rupp telescoping poles?

I would consider getting carbon fiber teloscoping ones. The alum ones are too floppy.
