Parkers are kinda S.O.P for Harbormasters up here. The 2 Harbormasters are some of the area's best and really good people too.
 
We call Kurt the "Landmaster"... I spend a lot of time up in Hull, and know Andy Spinale very well. I'm sure he took care of you if anything happened.
We were tied up on the other side of that pier a few weeks ago... 26' aluminum landing craft with a box-mounted A-Frame.
