Custom rod question

I would like to try to start building rods for myself. Could anyone recommend a book or dvd that would get me on track for my first build.q

I use this DVD for my classes in school, he covers a lot of the basics and some advanced stuff.

Thanks...I'm going to pick it up. I have an attached garage at my house, would I be able to build there or would the epoxy fumes be too potent.

You could build in your living room if you want, epoxy has very little fumes. The alcohol you use to clean the blank smells worse.

The problem you may have is temperature, you want the room to be about 72 degrees or so in order for the epoxy to flow out right.

BY late season i will be selling all the supplies after i work out my own custom line .....

The class is soon and its in NJ...!!!!
