Napa can probably make them, but aside from that, "glue" them down with white lifeseal. They come up with only slightly more effort, and the bead of lifeseal peels off almost in one piece. Do what you need to do and reseal them. Of course replace the "O" rings too.

When you guys are sealing these with LifeSeal do you put a bead down and seal the ring into it or seal from the top once its on?

Pull the cap, then put a bead around the uppermost inner rim of the base. Center it well and snap it down. Lifeseal has a silicone component to it, pretty cool to work with. Pop it back up after a day or two and see how it sealed, for your confidence in the method. Also, just push the plug backward out of the nozzle after it cures and you can use the same tube for a long time.

Know I know why IPS does not offer replacement "O" rings. The OEM rings are glued to the deck plate cover. It takes quite a bit of scraping to get them off. The new rings (above Amazon link) fit but could be a 1/2 inch smaller in diameter to fit a bit tighter on the plate cover...but they should work. Especially when coupled with the Lifeseal trick. Thanks all for the advice!
