Early 2000s Parker 21SE Transom Crack

I'm looking at an early 2000s Parker 21SE and there is some cracking on the top of the transom, on the Starboard side of the motor. Ive read this is common on older parkers. I stood and bounced on the cavitation plate and didn't see any flex, transom also sounded solid from the hammer test.

What are yalls thoughts?
