End of the year Bay trip

Me and some friends are going to the bay at the end of the year for some rock fishing. Hoping to rent a slip at Cape Charles. Besides drifting live eels any pionters or good locations. The only place I know to fish is between 18 and the concrete ships. Don't know many of the local names. Any Parker owners going to be out 29-31

I'm off on the 29th and 31st and depending on winds and weather and deciding between hunting vs. fishing I may be out there.

The hot spots for eeling change every couple of days. We are having some rain and winds now and it won't be fishable till at least Tuesday. Shoot me a PM before you head this way and I can tell you what I've heard or what I know.
