Parts Wanted Guy who makes under funnel rod holders??

I recall seeing a post some time pack from a guy who makes these rod holders out of the white plastic stuff

I’m done with the silly Parker silver ring type!

I’ve searched the forum and nothing is popping up.

Anyone remember?
