found this sight, gotta say its a well run forum--- that said, i myself just purchased a 2001 2520 dv sc parker!! cant wait for the season!!! twin 150 yamahas---. need a better swim platform and some mounting ideas for dive ladders. the baby is shrink wrapped--- i need dimensions so i can tweak the design. anybody got some stats for me?? or ladder set up configs? any help is as always, deeply appreciated!! thanks--- mike k.

Whats wrong with that little ladder you have on the side? Some/most people dont like getting on the boat with gear anyways so have a line to clip gear off on.

you call that a ladder?? thats a step!! sure i can do it that way, but i am looking to rig it for divers! need 2 ladders both sides, some rail grips. something 2 swing down and secure up. believe me , i have been doing my homework-- visited all the sights, just still hoping to find maybe a bigger swim platform design? like, 2 feet LONG, 19 INCHES WIDE?OR EVEN 30" LONG! with the railings acting as support! and a bracket underneath. sso people can climb the ladder with fins and step om something bigger than a sardine can!! any sights have this fabrication going? i figure if the platform is longer, i can mount the ladder back or sideways , ---away from the motors. Only other option is then a side mount ladder... with boat swing... could be rough, excspesially with chop or swell.

Welcome aboard
I got my 2120sc at 3A marine also
I don’t know how fancy you want to go But
I went to CMI Welding when they were in Hingham shipyard
Moved now to Weymouth
Or you can go too KentFab in Norwell
They both will Fab anything you want and both are very good
I went to CMI with my factory dive platform and they copied it
Out of stainless and I reinstalled it and man…. It don’t move or flex
I am installing another on on the other side
Pat at 3A just ordered it before the closed for the holidays
I also use a Armstrong 4 Tstep ladder
I dive doubles and Im 6'6" 255lb

thanks for the info!! yup, i know a guy who use to work for cmi, when it was in the ship yard... he does awesome work, i believe he is in weymouth --intersection of 53 and pleasant--- probably my only option, (if i cant get my buddy to fab it up!) dive doubles also, so you see the need for something substantial. the pic you sent is really dark-- do you have outboard/s/inboard?

2003
2120SC
200HPDI

Just took the Pic tonight
Sorry its dark
I have an outboard

I dive a Lot too
Im a A.I. at South Shore divers
I love this boat for diving
Mostly dive Nahanant up to Glouster
South shore is Ok but Viz is much better North

I know who you are! yes, probably trained me in alot of the classes. Nice pic of your boat!! like the ladder set up. You said it was an armstrong 4 step? any problems mounting that? i see that it flips up, did you need a special attachment for it? that looks like the old swim platform in the pic, is it? did it flex to much? you are a big guy, is there enough room on the platform, or do you think a modified longer swim platform would work better? thanks for your input, again! mike k.

Mike

I was looking on the web
To see if I could find the exact mounting piece
I could not find this one
I thought it was Armstrong but I was wrong
After checking my paper work
It was Garelick
It is a four step
They have a mounting bracket
But different end …clip in not fold up like mine
I would think CMI could make it easy enough

is that 2 pieces? it looks like you have an undermount kit, and a stern mount attached? thats kinda what i was thinking i had to do to make that style work. they get ya for 2 pieces ,plus the ladder!! thanks for the pics john, and your time. where do you keep that sweet looking lady , anyways? i just got me a slip at a street marine(sunset marine) Really close to my house,(10th of a mile maybe!) and about 1 mile from the gut, with no wake speed to get there!! just got my lobster/tuna permits, bought a ladder for the swim platform, still gotta get to cmi.... when are you puttin in? me, i think my slips open may 15, but i will hopefully find a renter/ball somewhere sooner, shootin for the first of may....

Welcome, Great to see even more Parkers in the Habah once this white cold stuff goes away. I watched that boat from the road durring my commute, and thought it looked really solid and BIG. Got a new name yet?

Have fun and please post where see some big strypahs for us when you are down in their world :)
