I have an 2001, 2520 sport cabin . I've finished my 11th season and for the past 2 years I've had problems with metal corrosion iside the cabin . The iside of the door lock is really bad and the out side looks like new. The stainless nuts that hold the hand rails and the window latches all are corroaded . The alum ped for the seat also is. The terminals and elec connection behind the helm are still perfect . They are in the closed compartment . If I leave coins on he ' dash' in a week the will show corrosion . Any help out there would be appreciated , thanks................karl

You need to leave a window cracked open . You are lacking ventilation.
You should also buy fluid film and spary that on all the things you mentioned

Vent your cabin.

Use the search function, many, many topics on this discussed here in the past.

Good luck!! 8) 8) 8)

I don't think ventilation is the main prob because I had 9 years where everything stayed like new . I did buy a mat 2 years ago when the prob started . I don't know if it is related to it or not but I've taken it out just in case. Without mentioning brands, it coast 99 bucks ! The area where no corrosion is present ,the electric term area, has the least ventilation .

Wow! Does that high priced mat hold water or stay damp?

It doesn't get wet . It is like a blue clear material . I don't keep it inside anymore but I don't know if that is the prob.
