Has any one installed a T-top from a Ttop in a box from atlantic towers. Instructions not the greatest. I have a 18' CC 1999, any tips or tricks would help.

Have you ever actually looked at one on a boat?

They are pretty lame....I've had one welded on to install a antenna plate mount.

That china alum glows Red when a Tig torch is put to it.

I haven't had any issues with mine. It has been a nice addition. One thing I discovered was that my console is not actually centered on the deck. So if I did it again I would probably measure off of the console. You may want to add additional bracing because where they suggest to attach the bracing did not work with the console. I think they want it towards the front or middle mine is more towards the back leg. If you are running electric I drilled a hole from inside of the console to be able to access the leg. If I remember correctly there was a conduit that ran towards the stern which prevented me from being able to route any wiring through the existing opening. When we ran through that conduit we were unable to get the wiring back to the location of the leg. 2008 1801. Put my antenna and flood lights up there. Pretty sweet good luck with the install.
