last wiring question

Does the below diagram look like a good way to hook the wires up to the fuse/switch.

Disregard I went a different route with the wiring, all hooked up. No more wiring questions for a while.

I dream of replacing all that junk with a nice clean breaker panel in our boat one of these days.. I am sooooo tired of chasing down blown inline fuses...
