Hatches hinges and hardware came from a local boat supply store.

Here are the hatches stuck in the holes.

Finally done sanding, moved the boat out from under the big cottonwood tree so I could start painting and it starts sprinkling. I look at the weather and calling for rain for the next week. Guess paint is on hold for a little longer.

Thank you.

Starting to put things back together now. Been raining all day so I made up some new rod holders for under the gunnels.

Everything is back together. Weather permitting I'm going to go run her in the intercoastal tomorrow. I have know idea what to expect out of this prop, it's a 21p. Here are completed pictures. I'll be adding foam flooring in a month or so.

Finally got her in the water today and I'm very happy with this engine. I'll be changing to a 17p prop, my wot was 5100 at 44mph.

Beautiful work! A very unique Parker you have there.

You mentioned the potential of running a business with the CNC machine... Have you taken any steps towards doing so? Many members on here have replaced hatches or other Starboard components on their boats and I'm sure they'd be interested in having another craftsman option to make them. I have a few projects along those lines coming up in the near future myself.

Thank you very much.

Yes I have an LLC setup and the business was actually started in December. I just purchased a new Prodim 2d/3d scanner for it last week. I will be using this boat to showcase some of the work I do.

Got my new scanner and got my swim platform digitized with tool paths created. I have a big order of foam coming this week so I will start cutting that shortly. Any luck and I'll have the rest of the deck scanned. Here is a preview of the cut foam.

Fished state waters in the boat last weekend and it did very well. Be making a federal waters run tomorrow with opening of snapper season.

Ran to a spot 43 miles out today and the boat did well. We got a 4 man limit of red snapper before noon. Good trip all around.
