I need one of these for another boat project. Does anyone know the name of this plastic flange the wires are passing through??

I would call it a tophat penetration or a tophat fitting but I can't find anything on line called that.

I buy 2 of those in White and White rigging tube. This is to connect the E-Box with the console. It makes life Soooooo much easier than running wire inside T top legs.

Used them in Black also to run the rigging to the fold down Crows Nest on my 2530.

It's a rigging flange. My 23SE has a square protrusion with a rubber flange.
