My son has recently been accepted to the Environmental Science Master's program at Florida Atlantic University in Fort Pierce, FL. He will be moving from Eastern North Carolina in August and is looking for somewhere to live. We have gathered that there are some high crime areas in Fort Pierce, and would prefer to stay away from those locales. A homeowner with a guest house or an arrangement like that would be great.
He is 23 years old, an Eagle Scout, former OA Lodge Chief and is waiting on his 6-pack license. He plans on bringing a 19' Jones Brothers skiff with him, so a place to keep a boat would be a plus.
If you have any connections or recommendations that you can give us in the Fort Pierce to Vero Beach area, it would be appreciated.
