Looking to install a set of either lenco 9x9 tabs or the bennett m80 sports on my new 1801 w/ f115. Any reccomendations would be appreciated

I'm partial to the Bennett M80 and M120 Sport Tabs because of their design.

The "bat wing" extentions channel water aft very efficiently, and cause them to react like tabs with more surface area.

I have a set of the M-120s on my 1801 and it makes a huge difference in my ability to trim the boat in almost any kind of sea state. The feedback that I got is that the M-120s are more than you really need, but I like the quick response of the larger tab. No problem with clearance on the trailer, so I recommend the M-120.

Buena suerte,

T-Bro

We've got Lencos on a 2120 and they get the job done when coupled with the Permatrim.

When it came time, because of size restrictions, I put Bennet M-80's on my Seaswirl 1850. Believe me, they make a world of difference.

The M-80's are slower moving than the Lencos, but that's good because the reaction is much more pronounced.

Support is great from both companies, but overall, I prefer the Bennets.

And those of you with standard tabs can add Bennett "Drop Fins" to make them work even better...

I have the M80 tabs on my 1801 and they have made a world of difference. If I was doing it again, I would buy the M120 tabs for the extra surface area.
