Newbie question. Regarding plug on a 23' DVCC

My boat was stored on land on trailer when Sandy hit. She was shrink wrapped and winterized, but, waiting for the ins. adjuster to remove the wrap and check to see if water got in the deck and or bilge area. Telling a co-worker about this and he asked me if the plug was in. Now, here is where I need help. What plug, and where is it? If anyone can shed some light on this, it would be appreciated. Plug is on the transom at the very bottom of the vee, if the boat has a bracket you may need to bend down to see it.
