OEM Speed sensor....where is it?

Wondering if you guys can tell me where the factory speed sensor is on my boat. I have a 2520 SC (225 OX 66 Yamaha) and the yamaha gauges work, but do not show anything for speed. I am assuming it is the little hole in the lower unit of the motor...but not sure. (I took a look at mine and the little hole looks clogged up)

Any insight!?

That's it. I've used a very small drill bit ( i forget the size) and spin it counterclockwise between your fingertips to pull the clog out. I've also used a piece of mono to clear the blockage.

I have the same problem and I cant' see a hole at all.
