Opening up

Has anyone here ever cut the back wall out of their pilot house? I live in Pensacola, FL and have a 2320 Sport Cabin, and I want to open it up some. If you have, are there any major pitfalls I need to look out for, or can I just cut it out with a jigsaw? Obviously I need to avoid the electrical chases, but it can't be as simple as it looks, right?
