Removing Cabin 1990 Parker 25 Sport Cabin

Any tips or tricks for removing the cabin on a 25 Sport Cabin? Looking at turning the boat into a center console. I did this on a c hawk and it was pretty simple since the cabin was just screwed on. Thanks!

Seems like a tough project. The pilot house is molded with the cap. You'll either have to cut at the base of the pilot house or remove the rub rail and unbolt the pilot house and cap from the hull. This is a picture of my hull in production.

Sell your pilot house and buy a center console. It would be easier, probably cheaper... and you won’t have registration/ title discrepancies due to your modification.
