To me it would be a BoatLife or GE product, whatever you could best match the color with. This is not the place for 3M 5200 and other products offer a better price value than 3M 4200.

FWIW I've shorn gelcoat before whilst using LifeCaulk by BoatLife ... so if it were mine, I'd use either LifeSeal by BoatLife or maybe a mildew-proof super premium synthetic caulk/silicone by GE in whatever color matched the best.
