I have moved to a condo and I'm finding that the off-site storage situation for my 1801 is too much trouble for me. She is posted on Vermont craigslist. John
 
The boat has been sold. Thanks to all who responded, and thanks to 'Classic Parker'. Have a fun 4th of July on the water.
