1) If the deck is wet when you put the shrink wrap on any issues that may come about in the spring? ie mold, water stains, ect

2) 10 inch hole at the bow due to the bow rail punching through, will this be any issue?

First timer here so be gentle if these are trivial

Most shrink wrap companies vent their installations properly, so mold due to trapped moisture shouldn't be an issue. Also, the deck is self bailing so you shouldn't see any standing water so long as the boat was blocked properly (bow high).

Having said that, why not just get a scrap piece of shrink wrap, and repair the hole that got punched through? It can be done pretty easily with a heat gun.

Before I cover my 23SE for the winter, I give the deck, livewell, and under the gunnels a good scrubbing with a strong bleach water. I had very little mildew problems when the cover came off in the spring.

I do something similar to Charlie... I mix a Home Depot utility spray bottle 50/50 with a bleach and water solution and spray up under the washboards, and anywhere mold might try to form before she is covered.

Keeps everything spiffy clean and fresh.

NICE!! I already scrubbed the deck down with bleach and the boat is bow high. I'll just patch the hole and call it a year. Thanks
