I have 94 2330 with open back and could not find a good spot for the throwable life ring and mounted it to a deck chair. Hopefully next month I will have an USCG auxiliary boat inspection

I am holding off on inverter install for several reasons. When first installed , seriously under wire size, no switch or fused. Unit is a modified sine wave and should be pure sine, and not ignition protected which limits install location. The planned wire run would be 11 feet.

When the inverter and the battery are set up within three feet of each other, use a minimum of #4 gauge wire to make the connections. Within four to six feet, use a minimum of #2 gauge wire . At distances between six feet to ten feet, use #0 gauge wire. I would need #00 at the min and #000 would be better and used.
Wow that is some heavy duty wire.

I think a Honda 2000 genset would be better deal than an inverter.

Done with these projects.

Did not install solar panels or inverter but can always revisit and have shore power battery chargers and boat sits on a covered lift.

Next item is replacing Wynne windows glass

Anyone replaced them?

My front windows are on my list as well. It may be a while though.
