hey guys,
i just mounted lenco trim tabs on my parker 21se. The ride is much much better now, but i am concerned it will make the boat ride more wet. I have already contacted seaport canvas in mystic ct about an enclosure (im not sure exactly what yet, some sort of 3 sided around the console) and im also considering adding spray rails. Any one ever seen a parker with spray rails or have any experience with them?
thanks guys,

you can go with a telephone booth enclosure or a bat wing enclosure.
I went with telephone booth because I like being able to walk around the boat. bat wings prevent that.
what are spray rails?

We see lots of 3 and 4 sided enclosures on 21 and 23 SE's on the Chessie.
Can't say that I've ever seen one with spray rails though.

I also added the option of extending my telephone booth sides back to my leaning post. which essentially protects me from any spray what so ever during the run out to the fishpimping grounds. the cost was $300.00 a curtain, which was made out of stamoid and strataglass.

i think i may do a combination phone booth/bat wing enclosure where the wings fold up flat against the console when not in use.
Spray rails are fiberglass rails placed on the hull to knock down spray, on a parker hull they would likely be placed along the chine,
below is a pic of some on a downeaster.

fishpimp... thats a pretty good idea on extending the enclosure, didnt think of that! Strataglass is great, we have a full strataglass enclosure on our topaz and i love it.
Thanks for all the responses guys!

yeah its pretty trick. the telephone booth will stay on all year. the extensions zip in when needed. one of the problems we had at first was having snaps on our side curtains and with wind and speed the curtains would pop out, which sucked. So we had our glass guy switch out the snaps and install the swivel fasteners to keep everything firmly in place while running.
good luck take pics!
