Replace all of the deck hatch o-rings.

All of the 6" plates were still in pretty good shape.
The 8" plates were in quite sad shape.

I tried silicone plumbers grease on the deckplate o-rings on my old Maycraft. Tube said it was safe for use on rubber. That crap hardened up in matter of months.
