Yes I did, he does some good work just added one to my Tidewater too and it looks good

How was the job of relocating that raw water outlet? I had a similar thought, but was concerned about access there, as well as having the raw water run above the battery switch box.

Yes I did, he does some good work just added one to my Tidewater too and it looks good

Here is a $25 low hassle alternative. Put in a 90degree fitting (with shutoff optional), and a stainless steel hook, backwards, under the gunwale. The hook is pretty malleable, so the "throat" can be modified if necessary. This is the second boat on which I have used this mod. Accessibility is ok, looks nice, 10 minutes install.

Mike’s under gunnel rod holders are nice step up from stock too. Mike custom redesigned one for larger reel, quality work.

Two cents; although neat and tidy, I am not a fan of the Coiled Marine Hoses. Found that all those coils (bends) reduced water pressure.

Put some sealant around and under the hardware to prevent crevice corrosion. I forgot and need to back it off and do it this weekend.
