Started the install of the second bilge pump and stainless thru hulls. i plan on direct wire to battery for second bilge pump. hmm, with or without fuse?
:?: when removing the plastic thru hull it had some king of caulking/ sealant around it and the bilge pump connection. when i removed the plastic thru hull it had the same stuff. see pic below. what is this stuff??? 3m product or something else. i would like to use the same stuff.
i need to order more bilge hose. the plastic was a 90 degree fitting, the stainless are straight.
i also need to get the high water alarm. any reason not to get this one http://waterwitchinc.com/online_cart/in ... ucts_id=29
